About Open System ELISA
For over 35 years, ORGENTEC Diagnostika GmbH and Zeus Scientific have been developing, manufacturing and distributing ELISA test systems for autoimmune and infectious disease diagnostics. Their longstanding expertise now strengthens and expands the Sebia ELISA portfolio. The portfolio currently comprises over 50 well-established ELISA assays, designed to support routine laboratory workflows. All assays offer flexible processing, enabling both manual operation and automation on open-system platforms. Each kit is supplied as a complete solution, including a 96-well coated microtiter plate and all required reagents such as calibrators for standard curve generation, controls, wash buffer, and conjugate.
