Anti-MPO

Anti-MPO (pANCA) is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against myeloperoxidase (MPO) in human serum samples.

The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of systemic inflammatory ANCA (antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies) associated vasculitis, especially eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
