Anti-Tissue-Transglutaminase

Anti-Tissue-Transglutaminase immunoassays are used for the in vitro determination of autoantibodies isotypes against tissue transglutaminase (tTG) in human serum samples. The Screen enables simultaneous detection of IgA and IgG antibodies.

The tests are intended to aid in the diagnosis of celiac disease (CD) in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
