Anti-LC1
Anti-LC1 is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against liver cytosolic antigen-1 (LC1) in human serum or plasma samples.
The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) type 2 in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
