Anti-Histone is an immunoassay for the in vitro determination of IgG autoantibodies against histone proteins in human serum or plasma samples.

The test is intended to aid in the diagnosis of connective tissue diseases (CTD), especially drug-induced lupus (DIL), in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings.
